Welcome to Greenhouse Creative Sanctuary!
A greenhouse is a protected space from harsh elements where plants can grow and flourish. Our warm and moist mother earth itself is like a massive greenhouse that makes this planet so beautiful and conducive for diverse life. Similarly, I hope to create a light-filled, safe and nonjudgmental space for you to freely express yourself, play, heal, grow and thrive.
About Xeia
Xeia Wild (they/them) is a registered art psychotherapist and creative coach with a holistic, eco-centric, and trauma-informed approach to wellbeing. With a background in Global Studies, their work is shaped by an awareness of collective and intergenerational trauma and resilience. Certified in Guided Drawing® and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Xeia has worked with children, young people, and adults across the arts, education, and social sectors. Their clinical experience spans a juvenile rehabilitation setting, an elder-care centre, and a community mental-health service centre, giving them insight into the complex needs of diverse populations.
Moving beyond traditional clinical frameworks, Xeia’s work centres on reciprocal, collaborative spaces where participants are recognized as both creators and carriers of their own wisdom. They design and host sessions that invite participants to engage with accessible materials in ways that affirm lived experiences, cultural identities, and personal narratives.
Rather than positioning themselves as a “therapist” and participants as “clients,” Xeia works within a model of shared authorship and kinship-making. Their approach emphasizes the exchange of memories, insights, and wisdom as intangible gifts foundational to community health. Healing is understood as a creative, compassionate process that gently reconnects us with our bodies, our authentic selves, one another, and the sacred more-than-human world. Their sessions often braid together grief work, narrative-making through dialogue, and nature-based rituals, in order to honour and make meaning of our precious histories.
Through this practice, Xeia aims to nurture spaces where creativity becomes a commons, where stories are honoured, and where relationships are valued as both the process and the outcome of the work.
