"As an actor, I spend a lot of time navigating the anxiety and uncertainty that comes with a creative career. Working with Xeia brought a real sense of stability and calm. They were able to clearly articulate the obstacles I’ve been struggling with—often better than I could myself—which made me feel deeply seen and understood. What really stood out was how practical their guidance was. They didn’t just stay in the abstract; they gave me simple, applicable tools to help regulate my nervous system in moments of stress and overwhelm. It felt realistic to integrate those tools into my daily life. I left the session feeling noticeably lighter, more positive, and more grounded in my path. If you’re a creative dealing with anxiety or self-doubt, I’d highly recommend Xeia’s coaching."

It has been a wonderful experience working with Xeia. With an arts practice on the side, it can be a challenge to understand my personal goals and prioritise the time to create. Xeia has helped me dedicate the time to focus on my work and consider what's next - two things I avoid all too often. Their patience and gentle approach always leaves me feeling safe and excited to make art. Them also being a creative is incredibly beneficial as they understand what this life is like. They are a great leader and empathasizes with the difficulties of artists, but also gives us the slow nudges and tools to move outside our feelings and pursue the little actions to reach our goals; one such tool I found really delightful has been introducing me to a network of other serious creatives, all with different mediums and from different backgrounds. Xeia and the other mentees inspire me with their practice and have given me an outlet to encourage others, something that really keeps my cup full. It makes me excited to work on something and share.

Xeia is a deeply empathetic open soul that conducts a humanistic approach that feels genuine, pulls from their lived experiences, and doesn't feel 'corporate' or 'clinical'. They are passionate about providing a space for artists of all shapes, to help gently guide them on a journey to help rediscover the meaning of why we create things. They find love and catharsis in the process of art and the proven healing benefits it can offer.

Xeia brings openness, understanding & curiosity to their creative coaching. They provide a structure and mindset to your making that allows you to identify the areas that you wish to grow in, as well as blockages you might not have been aware of. All in all, it's an enlightening process that allows me to harness my work.

"Xeia’s workshop was incredibly valuable in both setting goals and being kinder to myself in the pursuit of them. For a long time my creative goals were pretty vague, Xeia helped me figure out which of my projects were most important to me and how to dedicate the right amount of time to each of them. They were also incredibly empathetic in discussing the problems that can come from pursuing creative goals, fear of failure, fear of rejection, how these are common and how I can practice more constructive self-talk around them. I would recommend this unreservedly."
