Welcome to Greenhouse Creative Sanctuary!

A greenhouse is a protected space from harsh elements where plants can grow and flourish. Our warm and moist mother earth itself is like a massive greenhouse that makes this planet so beautiful and conducive for diverse life. Similarly, I hope to create a light-filled, safe and nonjudgmental space for you to freely express yourself, play, heal, grow and thrive.

About Xeia

Xeia Wild (they/them) is a registered art psychotherapist and creative coach working through a holistic, eco-centric, and trauma-informed lens. With a background in Global Studies, their practice is shaped by an attunement to collective, intergenerational and cross-cultural experiences. Certified in Guided Drawing® and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Xeia has supported children, young people and adults across educational, juvenile rehabilitation, community mental health, and elder care settings.

As a neurodivergent, queer, nonbinary person of colour, migrant and transnational adoptee, Xeia’s practice is shaped as much by lived experience as by formal training. They believe that healing is not only about addressing distress, but about nurturing joy, connection, and the full complexities of being alive.

Moving beyond traditional clinical frameworks, Xeia facilitates spaces where participants are recognised as co-authors of the process, bringing their own memories, stories, insights and wisdom. These are exchanged exchanged as intangible gifts strengthening community and honouring our precious lived experiences. Their sessions often weave together sensory play, grief work, narrative-making, and nature-based rituals, inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies, their authentic selves, one another and the sacred more-than-human world.
